Article 4: Intellectual Property The entire infrastructure, including AI models, source codes, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Gallion GPT. Any reverse engineering or automated extraction (scraping) is strictly prohibited.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Gallion GPT shall not be held liable for technical downtime, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for Force Majeure events, including massive cyberattacks or failures of national public services.

Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is exclusively governed by the laws of France. Any dispute not settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
